Privacy Information

This website is run for H&H Fishlake Ltd, which operates the Hare & Hounds, Church St, Fishlake, Doncaster DN7 5JN. Contact: info@hareandhoundsfishlake.com or 01302 842111.

What we collect

If you use our request form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the details of your request (such as date, time, party size or event) and your message. The form is sent to us by email.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and, where you ask, to arrange a table, event or room. We don’t use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees it

The H&H Fishlake team. Your request is delivered by email to our mailbox, which is hosted by Rackspace Email. The website runs on a server managed for us by North Computers UK Ltd, who built and look after it. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to deal with it and for our ordinary business records, then delete it. The website does not store your request in a database; it is sent straight to our email.

Spam protection

To block automated abuse, the server briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and a count of recent form submissions. It is kept only for the short counting window (an hour) and is not used for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us using the details above.

Cookies
